I have a 1964 penny with the back stamped on top of the front, in other words lincolns face and the memorial are stamped on the same side with the back being normal could I get some feedback?

If the reverse design on the obverse face is incuse (sunken), mirror image, and strongest where it overlaps the areas of highest relief, then you've got a "sandwich job", a very common alteration. The reverse of normal cent was pressed into the obverse of your cent. If the Memorial is restricted to the field, then you've got an example of clashed dies.

There could be several causes for this.

You will have to post good, clear pictures, to get an informed opinion. :)
