1951 Wheat made of silver?

    Just another wheat I threw in the pile. It's in bad shape and I didn't notice anything special after initial inspection. Just noticed it reflecting light by chance and it looks like old silver.
    Googled around and didn't see anything related with this coin.
    Any ideas?

    Copper turns all kinds of different colors. It's normal.
