Another ebay problem...

A cpl weeks ago, I won 4 coins from an Ebay live auction, Docowen Kagins sale.

Seller has refused to invoice me thru Ebay, has not yet sent an itemized total untill today, and has attempted to charge me an extra 4% to pay by paypal.

They just kept sending money requests thru paypal, then started with the Vendio " click here" and enter your information thing, which only a fool would do. I called seller today, he finally invoiced itemized, again NOT thru Ebay, but an email.

I reported him for the Paypal jack-up 4% and told him consider this matter closed. Darn, what a nightmare.

wel at least u didnt lose money like me the seller made off with the money and the coin

 

buyers fee 15%...fine by me

buyer pays shipping....fine by me ( even $9 for 4 coins)

buyer pays insurance per USPS rates....fine by me..seller jacked up rates above and beyond USPS rates

the kicker is he is trying to add 4% fee for paypal, which is against ebay rules and policy period....

I've come to believe that buying stuff through ebay isn't worth the aggrevation. Sure, from time to time you will receive an item that is worth more than what you paid but, all too often, the item that shows up is less than what you were anticipating. And of course it's a lot more challenging to correct a problem encountered after receipt of an item from some regular Joe Seller on ebay than it is from an established and reputable business. Just my opinion...

 

just got off with Ebay, I am not the first to report him, and what he is doing is against all Ebay rules and policys. I emailed seller, peeved as heck, I dont think I'll be hearing from that crooked thief again, if I do, he gets 4 big red dots that makes me so freakin mad. One email from him, I'm cocked and loaded with 4 huge negs. I cannot believe how mad I am

 

Who is the seller? Is it against the rules to post? I will avoid the @#$ at all costs!

heres a link to one of the halfs, see nice coins, but seller is just trying to skim me for extra, I would gladly pay 50% more if it was an honest bid, but a skim? that freakin peeves me

Hi - sorry you had such a horrible eBay seller experience. I wanted to let you know that the Vendio checkout system is approved by eBay (we even won an award for it as it helps sellers automate their selling process) and completely legitimate.

Looks like eBay came down on him. He presently has ZERO item for sale and only 2 item listed as completed.

 

This thread is as old as dirt.

I won the Paypal dispute, got my $$$ back. Will never ever again bid in an Ebay Live........thats if they still have them.

Neither did you, apparently, notice that the thread was over a year and a half old. What, does Vendio pay you to roam the internet doing damage control when their reputation seems to be maligned?
