1916D10, that is a scratch....I bought it as an upgrade to the lower grade '09 I showed above, so I was happy with it at the time.
Magnus87, I really do hope you are able to find an example. I do agree they are in demand, but they are out there.
NSP, I find your comment about the availability of 1811/09 compared with the 1809 quite interesting. I do not really know, but it is possible that 1811/09 is actually scarcer than 1809. I believe the Authors of the Dime I.D Guide say as much (but cannot confirm since I lost my copy of the guide...). At any rate, 1811/09 is a very interesting date. The same reverse die as used for the 1809 was also used to struck the 1811/09 dimes. The die broke very soon after the start of production of the 1811/09's leading to some dramatic reverse breaks. I assembled this set of 1811/09's to observe the die progression. Perfect reverses are quite rare (per the Dime I.D Guide). By the way, I also like the large diameter quarters, like you do.
