I think you mean doubled die. Looks like a worn die strike or mechanical doubling on the '80, hard to see it on the '68 D, but probably mechanical doubling. Better pictures might help, but I'm not seeing doubled dies.
Welcome to Cointalk I'm not really seeing anything note worthy your coins are face value I have found myself alot of 68's with MD (Machine Doubling).JMO Dave
