Trying to weed through all of the stuff I put in 2x2's or in the "good" pile over the last year. I don't know wth I was thinking on some but questions on others. This 1980 is pretty damaged but looks doubled to me but what kind of doubling? Good or No Good pile?
yeah I had to ask. Thanks. Someone told me if I'm having trouble with the dd's prior to the minting process change in 95 or whenever it was then I don't need to bother with the 1995 D ddo or the 2006 ddo because they are harder to see than the other. But.... I did find an 06 that I also am afraid to throw back without getting it verified. I will post a few pics if you don't mind lending an eye
Nah. Do like me and just hoard all of your change. It will drive your kids nuts one day. And isn't that worth it just knowing that ?
I don't have kids and at 36 not looking good for the home team but I'm sure it will drive someone nuts. I'm in
Don't make it too easy for them. Squirrel coins away in different places and write cryptic notes on the flips and rolls that will keep them guessing.
Clawcoins are you a Mercury guy I'm assuming ? I think I have the exact coin in photo and not sure if its worth slabbing or not. Its in as good if not better condition
I have some but I'm not a crazy Mercury dime collector. My Avatar is my *first* coin I collected/found. I dug it up from the ground as we were installing (or my dad was) a fence back around 1976. Slabbing costs are, what .. say $50 + shipping + cost of coin. So it would have to be worth more than $50+ to even be a breakeven scenario to get slabbed. Check eBay sold auctions to see what things SOLD for .. then calculate from there.
