1960 Proof Cent. Possible Small Date?

    Going through some coins and saw this 1960 proof Lincoln Cent appears to be the small date. Am I correct?
    These are the best photos I could produce...
    The shape of the loop on the 6 and the position of the 1 relative to the 9 are what are making think it’s small date.

    It's subtle. But I think it is stubby enough to be small date.

    That’s a tough call but I have to go with small date.

    Definitely a small date. The 1 is higher than the 9.

    Definitely a small date. The 6 is the key. A large date would have a much longer tail(?) On the 6 than this. The comparison pics in the op arent ideal. Its hard to explain but after a few thousand cents you can tell right away just by looking at the 6.

    Small date for sure.........the old man (back in the day) was whoopin' and a hollerin' when he got his from the mint..........he even gave me one. :)
