Well now that is certainly a possibility too. Depends on what powers I possess beyond the grave. Actually if I did have powers from beyond, I'd probably choose to haunt all that irritated me in life. ALL of them and that list grows by the day.

    $60 in halves... nothing.

Box of halves, nothing except a 2013-S proof with tape residue. Soaking it in rubbing alcohol, acetone didn’t cut the goo. “There’s no more silver in the world!” I tell my wife that when I’m on a skunk streak, lol.

Having searched 25 boxes of halves now from my local bank, I am still silverless :(( I guess my area has been cleaned out!

Let's say for example that you found 10 winners in 2 boxes you searched:
    5 1964
    5 1965 (just an example)

What would you do with them that's so exciting/profitable? You've made $25 in silver value. What now?

Well, you could do like I did and start Kennedy Dansco for family members, in my case my grandkids. Then I started stacking the silver, lol.

At the bank where I've gotten 'Fed' boxes of pennies today I got a Customer wrapped box. Three rolls in nothing special to report.

Sorry to hear this. The choices you have when this happens are keep doing what you are doing, change your pickup bank in hopes they have a contract with a different courier, or take a break from boxes of halves for awhile. I find nickels to be an enjoyable backup plan. You could also consider leaving the hobby and spending your coin roll hunting funds on silver given the relatively low silver price at the moment.

My 2 boxes of halves should arrive at my pickup bank tomorrow. I always dread seeing the tellers carry them from the vault because when I see them I can instantly tell which coin courier delivered them. The boxes vary from either being Loomis, which is good in my area these days, or the other local courier, which has always been terrible in my area.

Slim pickings in six boxes today, only 5 90s and 3-40s, 12 boxes tomorrow, hope the numbers go up but I’ve been feeling a skunk steak coming in for. Awhile now.

That is tough but man but, the first good box you get will make you forget all the bad ones. Learn the errors and look for them. They will keep it interesting and several are worth more than the silver.

Ended week with only 18 Loomis boxes, one branch missed ordering 4 boxes.

    2-Walkers
    16-Franklins
    17- 90% JFKs
    66-40% JFKs
5.6 Silvers per box, only one skunk box.

    19.41 Silver ounces

One box had six Enders showing.

Bought 2 boxes of halves today. A Loomis & a Brinks. Opened the sealed Brinks box just now, one MWR short. I’m very familiar with Brinks boxes and the seal had not been tampered with. Hoped for some silver enders to make up for that, but no such luck. Did find a reverse proof ender that does not appear to be damaged by the wrapping machine. Will post the results soon. Guess it was my turn to pay the CRH tax!:grumpy:

5915C1FA-2BA5-44ED-963B-6D74A5E11C07.jpeg Picked up my order of 2 boxes of halves this evening. Thankfully, they were Loomis boxes. First box was among the best I’ve had from my town!:

1 roll with a reverse silver ender
    1, ‘64
    1, ‘65 (thick planchette)
    1, ‘66
    3, ‘67
    2, ‘68
    2, ‘69

1, ‘87D (I forgot to put it in the photo)
    4, impaired Cu-Ni clad proofs
    1, gold plated
5, 2016 NIFC (also not in the photo)

    I’m very pleased!

Second box will wait for a day or two because I have chores to do. I’m hoping it’s a continuation of the first box.

    HH everyone

20180830_135937.jpg Got 2 boxes today and both had scotch tape on them. Kept this one because it has 28 sealed rolls in it and left the other since it was a full dump. Going to dig in tonight!

Plucked a decent 46 wheat out of a roll today.
Most of the copper is not worth keeping.
