    At 27mm and without a radiate crown (and being copper instead of yellow brass), it'd be an As.

    I actually don't think it is that one you have a screenshot for. Your reverse shows it clearly ending with COS II with OT prior to it, which would more than likely be part of TR POT. So your reverse legend would end with TR P-OT COS II, and I say "ends with" because I feel there might be something at the very beginning since TR P is not much legend to take up the entire first half of the space on the left of the deity.
