Here the Info I found on Star Grading Company... I'd Stay Away!!! "This company is notorious for over-grading coins. It appears most modern coins are always MS69 or MS70 in their holders, and is not a recommended grading service. ABON ebay seller sales these slabs and is rumored to be the owner and grader of this company. Website: http://www.stargrading.org/ This self grading service grades their own coins and operate under the name Abon Coins in Mansfield, OH and in 2014 was raided by the FBI for fraud."
SGS or Star Grading Company is a basement slabber and embodies the principle of "Buy the coin, not the holder"

I only deal with anything PCGS or NGC.. I do have a few ANACS.. From what I hear, ANACS is making a comeback
You, yourself, have to assign the final grade in circumstances such as this.......and it's most difficult without having the coin in hand.......so many variables........
