So... what exactly do you think is an error?
Looks like a normal Copper Plated Zinc 1983 cent to me

 

It's a dot on it that shoulve been a D im just getting into coins but Im learning

 

No.. That looks like a Philadelphia minted Cent. They don't use Mint Marks on Cents. That looks to be a small Plating Bubble.

I see it better.. still not a Mint Mark. It is also a worn Die Strike.
Not a Mint Error

 

N there no there bubble in the plating on the rest of it
