this $20 looks like it had a small run in with a few drops of bleach, but when you flip it over the blank spots are not on the other side as you would expect. (See 2 blank spots on left hand side of the bill) The bill isn’t in perfect shape, but I’m curious as to whether it still has any significant value over its face. Thank you!
Looks like a small layer has torn off. Will wait for more expert opinions. Personally, it's probably not worth more than face value.
