    Normal quarter, blue tint is corrosion of some kind.

    Not sure what you mean by "die quarter." Do you want that quarter to die? Or are you saying that there is a problem with the dies used to strike the coin? Always best to be more specific.

    Could be anything. However is likely a combination of crud accumulation over the course of twenty-seven years. Just an honest quarter.
