In my copy of Hartill 15.160 on page 123 is a round bronze coin Yong An Yi Shi, rarity 0. Now I see, 15.170 on page 124 is the iron Huo Bu. I do not need typos to be confused by Chinese. Mine is so obviously the ordinary 9.30. Thank you.
Yay team!! (But also sad to see the awesome Chinese coin go down to defeat. Great coin and a stellar deal, TypeCoin! Plus I learned a lot from the writeup.)
When going into this round, I knew there was no way that I could win the “eye appeal” category, so I went for “bargain” and “historical interest”. As soon as I saw the word “Brutus”, I knew I was done for. Well played @Jay GT4 . Well played.
And well played to you too. You've opened my eyes to a whole new coin collecting culture. Coo ooo coo coo coo oooo coo coo!
You Canadians and your gloating rowdy Northmen jk Another fun match comes to a close! Thank you to both participants for fielding such excellent coins and amazing write ups. Results #15 @Jay GT4 - 111 Winnner #31 @TypeCoin971793 - 54 TypeCoin fielded a great bargain coin with a fantastic write up but it wasn't quite enough to down Jay's triumvir denarius. Jay will advance to face the winner of the @Cucumbor vs @BenSi match up in Round 3 with the winner of that match guaranteed a medal and a place on the winner's podium. Good fun!
It all comes from our inferiority complex due to our <grits teeth> OK, I admit it, more important southern neighbour.
Whoa whoa whoa Sevy have you been drinking? You better edit that post before the rest of team Maple Leaf sees it lol in all honesty the Canadian banter has been a highlight of the tournament for me so far. You are just lucky team USA's best trash talker (@Nicholas Molinari) didn't match up against team Canada this year...
