1988 P dime with no reeded edge.

This dime, I found CRHing and was wondering what it was. It has no reeded edge but is not worn super hard. just wondering if I found something.
Also has a funky obverse. It has a totally normal reverse side. I figured this was because of the edge not formed properly. What do you think?

It's a Broadstruck Dime. Struck out of retaining collar.. That would be the 3rd Die.
