I would like to know where you guys buy rolls or boxes of new coins. I want to buy some 2019 cent rolls when they come out. Thanks.
I’m sure the mint sells them (at a large markup). You could also go to a local bank and just ask if they have any. If you live near a Federal Reserve Bank, they will most likely have them at some point.

The answer is simply, you can't ask for anything specific. They get what they get based on their business needs. You could try and ask them to order a full box, but what you get is what you get. Most times mixed but sometimes a solid date box. Catch as catch can.
Nope the mint doesn't sell cent rolls, haven't since 2009. You can buy a ballistic bag but that's overkill for most folks. For the most part it's just a matter of luck. Get on REAL good terms with the tellers in the banks around you, especially if you can find a main branch that handles a lot of large retail business clients. They tend to order in more coins and then try to get the tellers to let you known if a box of new cents comes in. The other option is to find such a bank willing to order boxes for you (helps if you own a business and have an account with the bank, preferably with a significant sum in it. then just keep ordering boxes and dumping them elsewhere until you get lucky. Then there is the easy way, just wait until someone else finds them and buy rolls from them. There are some companies that do buy ballistic bags and then roll them and sell them. Find one and pre-order so you get them when they first come in.
My main bank buys their coins from Loomis - I rarely find new coins. Only 4 2018's so far this year. I will see if I can find someone after they are released. Thanks.
