Certainly BU. $25 is a slightly steep price for that IMO.

Would this coin be considered BU?

Can't tell from that image. Do you see any wear?

I think it might. It has some nice blue toning to it though.

This is what I would consider an Uncirculated coin. My question is, Would anyone consider this to be a "Brilliant" Uncirculated (BU) coin?

If there is no wear, many will call it BU. I can't tell if your coin has wear or not.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before.

If you are buying coins sight unseen in a hope to resell - I would suggest first learning how to grade, and then secondly learning what coins command a premium for toning or grade. Thirdly grading from photos online vs in hand is another skill that takes a lot of time.

I challenge you to learn what you are buying and start learning how to grade. I suggest searching for guess the grade threads that exist here. There are tons of them.

Leaning on a community daily to justify your purchases is not a wise tactic.

I know how to grade coins, it's just that I like to get second opinions because no one is perfect at grading. That's also why TPG's get three professional graders to grade one coin... They also need other people's thoughts and help.
