    My grandfather had this labeled small date with die chip I'm assuming he wrong it's large date with die chip? 20180814_115337.jpg 20180814_115354.jpg

    Off hand it may be a small date, since the tails on the 6 and 9 seem stubby.
    This variety can be subtle and hard to tell sometimes.
    The only one worth anything is the 1960 small date Philly.
    There may be verdigris (those green spots) which you don't want.
    Or if it is just some organic goo, soaking in acetone will get rid of it.

    Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

    Looks like a small date and I see the chip filling the "R" in LIBERTY, but no real added value due to condition. Put it in a flip and add it to the library.
