1958-D and 1964 -D RPMs?

Good morning. I have 1958-D and a1964-D Washington quarter that seems to have a RPM. If not rpm, is it from die deterioration? Thanks

Good morning! I checked both Vista variety and wexler's. I saw some images that somewhat resemble the mintmark on both coins from wexler's rpm listing but it's not from the same year.
There's this one particular variety where both a MD and rpm are present.
