Having trouble identifying the latest additions to our collection, inherited by my grandfather. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've set off a migraine looking for hours upon hours for a lead in the right direction and have only ended up at the BC time frame. Do you know who, what, when, where, value?
The small silver coin on the right may be from the Amirs of Sind, who ruled a territory in what is now Pakistan around 1000 AD. An expert may be able to narrow it down more, it would help if you show both sides of each coin (the silver coin is upside down in your photo).
Agree with the right coin being a dramma of the Amirs of Sind. Likely issued under Amir Umar, 9th-10th century AD. The other coin looks southern Indian. While genuine and very old, the value of both is not more than a few dollar.
