I've had this nickel for a few years now.
Haven't been able to find anything like it.
    Any ideas..?
    Should I get it graded ? 20180719_123141.jpg

I see what looks like a die clash above STATES and FIVE, a missing letter in MONTICELLO caused by struck through grease, and more die clashes above the roof. Could you provide a close picture of that large bump above the right of Monticello.

Thanks for adding the pics. Looks like a die gouge.

    Looks like clashed dies.
I'd like to see photos of both sides of this coin.

OP's coin is clashed, but is not worth
paying anything to have it certified
    by grade or error.

Ebay is the only venue to sell such an error.

As a kid in the mid 70’s, I remember seeing a picture of a Jefferson Clash in Frank Spadone’s Variety and Oddity book (that was included in the Sear’s Coin Collectors Kit I got for Christmas). He called it the “Flaming Monticello” or something similar. To this day, whenever I see a clashed Jefferson reverse, I still see the flames.

I had this edition, but the binding fell apart
