I don't know what you meant by the "wonder on Ebay" part, but the coin has already been up to MS63 money. So, even if (and that is a big if) it is under-graded by a a point, it's not worth bidding higher. The only "rip-off" appears to be gambling bidders who are potentially ripping themselves off by bidding that high. It is generally fool's play to bid strong money on an auction coin without having seen it in person, in the hopes of getting an up-grade on it. The odds are greatly against financial success in that scenario, but that only occasionally fails to stop the bidders who think they are THE one who can beat those long odds.
it was sarcasm(wonder on ebay) the coin might go up to ms 64 money too at that point it willa ctually become a wonder
