Since the coin looks so shiny I thought I had a lost error proof or someone was desperate and open a minted package and circulated it. jiji. Wishful thinking. I guess I got to keep searching. Thank you.
My apologies this message was intended for the other new post I mistaking the page. Thank you for your reply. I am little over work today.
Awww thank you very sweet advise. I try my best to do searches online but it seems this day's youtube starts a topic and switch to another topic that has nothing to do with the information they were starting to talk about. I notice that they are very obsessed with finding the 1982 penny cooper and 1943 wheat penny. I believe those coins are already gone and collectors are just holding them in their vault. I purchase an old version of Ken Potter book of Strike it Rich with pocket change and he has not launched another book with the current errors for the present years since 2008. We are in 2018. I wish he will launch another book since it is very helpful and well written. Regarding the small pictures posted. I will definitely post them full view now on since I was unsure if it was acceptable to others. Some complain other don't. Thank you again for all your help. Have a great day.
I was wondering the same thing. I am very interested in finding out this information. I will try to do my best to post a better photo. I am using an android camera and saving to get a nice microscope that I am drooling for at Amazon. lol
Believe me, I did my fair share of research each time I get a different response from others at different sites and reading get more complicated. I am a lazy reader who falls asleep quick it is not written short and sweet. lol. All the time I read I pass out like a baby. I do find that people advise is more convenient since they seem to know a lot more and save me from spending money at eBay for counterfeit coins that I no longer purchase without a slab. Thank you.
I have come to a very tough-sounding realization about learning about coins via YouTube. The short description is "Don't". The longer one is if you are YouTube informed, that state of being informed comes in several kinds. For example, mis-, un-, mal-, and dis-. Carry on.
I understand your point of view not sure about the playground thing but did read the art of Kamasutra on my early age just because of curiosity and educational purposes. jiiji,
Uh huh. And guess why. Because a whole lot of what coin people believe is utterly farcical. One of my first experiences with farcical behavior in numismatics was watching a collector at a Chicago ANA show complain up one side and down the other about having to pay for parking. He was asked what he collects. Early 19th century gold. Thank about what a farce that is. The sense of entitlement is breathtaking.
I don't always agree with Kurt, but when I do, I rarely have to wait more than 90 minutes for the universe to return to normal...
