Nero denarius Salus variety ?

Recently bought this Nero / Salus denarius at Vcoins.

It's different then the standard RIC 60 coin, any thoughts ?

Is it holed and plugged? If the lump under the ear backs up the lump under the patera, it must be.

 

Not to change the topic, but Doug is spot-on with his post. This coin has been plugged. If the dealer didn't note this in his description, I would find that unacceptable and request a refund.
