    If someone is playing an expensive coin, it is up to them to use part of the write up to explain why the expense was justified. It is too bad so many fail to separate 'value' from 'price' but it is not always the case that a cheap coin is the best buy. Similarly, Eye Appeal does not mean 'most shiny' or 'least worn' but requires we apply several factors and arrive at a balance. How you are to translate those factors in a way that improves the contest, I have no idea.
