Just got it verified not tampered with, but thank you the photos is a bit unclear, took it down to a coin collector in Vegas not only wasn't it tampered with but it was a double stamp, ty all very much for your input peace out
It is a zincoln copper over a zinc core. And it is machine doubled. Not double stamped, coins are struck.
