Is it post mint damage?

    It is hard to tell from your pictures , sometimes it is better to get a picture of the complete coin . Picture both sides and then the members will help you out. To me from what I can tell it does look like PMD , and likely happened after the coin was in circulation . I am sure you will get other opinions . If possible send some new photos.     Welcome to CT!!

    I agree your 1st coin looks like it has solder on the back. This was not done at the mint.

    Also I am not seeing anything that looks to be struck through grease on you last photos. Just more PMD. Both coins are spenders imho.
