Is this improper cleaning?

    Here is a coin from my first batch. Are the lines scratched into the surface improper/too tough cleaning. I also see 2 bright spots where the patina was went thru. Any recommendations on how to prevent this.

    I am re photographing coins I and my helper cleaned last year and a few have these marks. Sad. Lesson learned.

    Thank you I'll check it out. I figured one butchered coin is enough.

    Yep some scratching but still a coin with some nice detail. I like it.

    I got these 2 recently and was just amazing at the cleaning detail. No scratches at all.
