Gallienus - is this as good as it will get?

I got this in an uncleaned lot a few weeks ago and this thing was absolutely crusty with no visible features. It has been soaking in distilled water since then and I have been able to scrub enough off to be able to ID it.
Do you think it will benefit from soaking any longer? Or should I leave it be at this point? I am a bit worried about the spots on it but I’m not sure there’s anythig I can do about them.
    Thanks for looking!

    TIF Always learning.

It actually looks fairly good in terms of strike. Looks like you got too close with your phone camera though. You were probably closer than your camera's minimum focal length. Try backing off a few inches (and crop the pictures).

Yeah it's done. Not gonna get any better. Decent coin for an uncleaned lot.

Should I worry about the spots on it? It looks like rust or some kind of mineral build up. Not really sure. I don't want it to spread.
