I have a 1963 Lincoln cent. It looks like it was hung up during the minting process and as a result the entire reverse is reprinted multiple times. I wanted to know if this would be considered an error and if it's valuable.

    Looks like circulation wear.
Coins are struck not printed.. Paper currency is printed.

I do not see anything unusual there.

Hard to tell from your pics, but if you're referring to what seems to be some doubling in the letters and lower part of the Monticello, it would be due to machine doubling. This is common and does not add value.

For a coin that is 55 years old it looks normal.
No multiple strikes that I can see. Welcome to CT.

You must have been thinking about nickels today! I make that kind of slip of the tongue (or in this case, the fingers) all the time!

The camera Isn't helping none....lol. I know wht the machine doubling looks like but I can see that it has actually been struck numerous times.. .. I'll have to try and get a better angle for a pic.

If it was struck multiple times, wouldn't both sides have gotten struck multiple times?

Hoop, that's the Lincoln Memorial... Monticello is the house where Thomas Jefferson lived, and is worth 5 X as much...

And I can't even blame it on the Gin and Tonic, since I posted it in the morning. Oh well, I'm forced to hang my head in shame (but at least I didn't say Double Die )

I'm going to say 1 cent. If it were struck more than once the other letters would be easy to see. Also, always show both sides.
