How on Earth did ANACS come up with this percentage?

    I don't know, when I looked at it it looked fine to me.

    But then, a lot of things look fine to me by the fourth or fifth beer!

    I take the diameter of the planchet, and then
    measure how much of the UNSTRUCK portion
    there is - that's the % of O/C.

    It's not how much of the design shows, it's how
    much of the planchet is blank.

    It's fairly easy to do, and it's within a few % points
    of exactness.

    My best guess is 62+/-.5% OC & 38+/-.5% struck. I blew up photo to 4" and 2 1/4" remained unstruck.
