I am happy and sad for a reason. Happy that collectors have cance to collect history. and sad that silver went away.:hungover:

Happy government making smart, money saving descision day! It doesn’t happen very often, so make sure to party hard.

Darn, the mint missed a chance to issue a commemorative on this important anniversary like the 38th anniversary of the Korean War. They should have issued a Nickel and Dime set using the 1965 designs but dated 2018.

I don’t know for sure, but I’m guessing the reason for doing the 38th anniversary, is the 38th parallel that separates North and South Korea.

Well they didn't do the nickel but they did do the dime. :)

Like seriously? Isn't the Mint nickeling and diming us to death enough already?

For 2020 we can celebrate the 50th anniversary of the last regular production 40% half dollar.
