    If it's real, it's so damaged, is it worth more than melt? ($12)
    Of course you may just want it for your collection, in that case spend a little
    more and get a better quality coin.

    Is it worth more than melt ? I can assure you that it will sell for good money if it ever winds up on Ebay. I've seen far worse sell for much more than melt.
