ok so... im going to America.. and Ive been buying American money while our dollar is up here in canada. I switched over 100$ and i got 5 2004 series 20 dollar bills in sequence.. should i keep these? these would be the first bills i've ever collected in sequence. I know that if was to walk into a bank the chances would be good of doing it again but should i keep them for 50 years down the road from now?

Best advice I can pass along is that if you like em...keep em!

Have fun in the US and spend lots of $$$$$

    We need it!!

imo I would keep them, you can always trade for better groups.

Please don't collect them because you think they will go up in value. For modern currency, the average rate of return on your investion is horrible compared to even a simple money market account.

Keep them only if you will enjoy collecting them.

keep them IF you can afford to because they are fun to keep. years down the road when you show them to kids or grandkids, they might get a kick out of them being in sequence. But as gatzdon metioned, i doubt they will go up in value anytime in our lifetime. they might being they are in squence, but possibly not much if at all.
