Actually this looks slightly off center to me. Even though the obverse is damaged you can see it is misaligned like the reverse in the same direction. Okay let me try to explain. Notice how the reverse of the coin shows the rim to be fatter looking on the top and left side than it is on the bottom and right side? This is due to the die being slightly misaligned when the coin was struck. It is called a Misaligned Die (MAD for short) error when only one side of the coin shows this error. Since your coin is showing to be misaligned on both sides in the same direction this would be called an Off Center Strike. Still this is fairly common on these and is only worth a premium if the strike is way off center.
The saddest part of all is I could answer these threads correctly 99.99+% of the time without even looking at the pictures.
