    Hmmm, I don't think it's been tooled, but has seen some serious bag action, maybe even dropped a few times on the gravel.

    I'd say that is one of the ones MattK13 was talking about dropping on one another, in a thread in the US Coin Forum.
    I know he said they were 21's, but hey, that certainly looks like what he described otherwise.
