Post your poor man 1972 DDR'S

I soon will be looking thru hundreds of 1972 cents. I would like to know which poorman 72 that are out there. I just want to find one. Big pictures would help. Help a gal out

You should be looking for Doubled Die Obverses...not Reverses. As far as I know, there aren't any for 1972. If you want, I can try to take pictures of some of my 72s. I've found 001, 002, 003, 006, 007, and 008 while roll searching.
Just watch out for the 72 Master Hub Doubling.

Yeah have you noticed i seem to mess up even starting a thread. Was lincoln nickels yesterday. I have many 72's to look thru.

I never heard of a 1972 Poor man reverse?

I think that term is only for the 1955 "Poor Mans Doubled Die" which is a not a true Doubled Die but a Die Deterioration Strike

 

Yeah. Meant DDO. Typed it wrong. Was asking about other doubled dies other then the ones like furryfrog"s icon. But your right. Was trying to add some exciting word play to the thread. Thanks for pointing out the 55 terminology

 

No 1972, but here's a nice 1971 DDR 20 mark

 

I’m struggling to identify where the doubling is. Can you point it out?

 

On the reverse where it says Deutche Demokratiche Republik

 

I mainly see it on the "20"

I'm failing to see it at all... Of course, I'm used to seeing DDOs like this:

 

DDR = Deutche Demokratiche Republik

...Not an actual Doubled Die Reverse
