Is this the die chip including wiping out the Mint Mark ?
I saw the other one with a small die chip and Mint Mark.

Yes! What caused that?

 

It's not a tumah.

 

I don't think that part is from "a weak strike", since the rest of the details on the coin are fully struck. (The missing letters on the edge.)
It could be a grease or debris filled die. That will cause some letters to be fully struck and others to be missing completely.
The blob is cool, if it is from a die chip because it is so large.
