GtG-'97 IHC (+ my haul from the show on a budget)

I decided to mosey on up to the local show today. I wasnt real excited because i only had $100 +/- to burn.
I came an ace from buying a 1/10th oz platinum eagle for $125 raw.... Instead i bought all this for around the same $.

What does the IHC grade??

Theres roughly 4 ounces of silver here, the pesos are 33.625 gramos sterling each.The 1931 Latvia coin books for $40 in Krause in XF, its .835 silver. The canada set is .800 silver i need to do a bit of research on it but its probably worth close to melt..
I picked up this mint bag for $1

Ive always wanted one of these & im guessing it held Susan Bs ??

MS 63 on the Indian Head...looks very nice!

And the entire lot looks like a better deal than the 1/10 platinum; great variety and the Latvian coin is a popular design.

63BN as well. Why does tagging people not always give them notifications? I didn’t get one from the post above and feel like that happens about half the time. Makes me wonder how many times I’ve missed out on something

 

Ive heard, if you edit the post after you tag someone it wont work. I always make sure not to do that though. So im not sure what happened. I expected more of the tag-ees
to show up by now, i wonder if failed

 

Was there some sort of limit? Like 3 or 4 tags per post or it wouldn't work? Or did I just imagine that?

My first impression was MS63BN so I'm sticking with it. Nice haul and much more interesting than that 1/10 platinum eagle. Any plans for that mint bag?

Not really no, ive had tons of these bags mostly from banks though. I might fill it with wheats or foreign. If i had deeper pockets i would put Morgans in it.

I will call the AU crowd winners too, because i always have trouble getting the diamonds to show up in my images. Ofcourse you can see them perfectly NOW in the slab photo. It does have a weak strike, and not the prettiest IHC ive acquired. I just like the purple chocolate look it has. Im weird

Sorry @heavycam.monstervam, your tags hit me. I was looking at this on Sunday, but then I got hit hard with some kind of stomach bug that has had me down hard since then. I'm just now getting on the computer to play catch up.

MS-63BN and you can take that to the bank...

 

I wasnt even aware at the the time but,
melt for the 1/10th oz was only $83.
So $125-$83=$42 !! The dealer was charging a $42 premium ! Yikes... I would have been buried in it!! That is an insane markup !
It might be a good time to buy platinum but NOT at 50% above melt !!
