Two coins pressed together in a vise. Not an error if that's what you are wondering.

In case you are wondering what proves it to be a Vise Job is that the Memorial over Lincoln's portrait on the obverse is backwards ( the writing in particular). If by chance it was some weird error from the mint it's a good bet that writing would not be backwards. Also you can see on the reverse the damage caused by the Vise press.
