    There was a firm that produced these catalogs and they sold them to coin dealers with the covers customized to the particular dealer. So it is possible to find the identical catalog from different dealers.

    Also notice on the front cover that these are BUYING prices, what the dealer will pay people that don't know anything about coins. The prices could have no relationship to what the coins actual market prices were at the time.
