I’ve looked through other threads on here and I believe I have the 1990 no s penny. I have no experience with coins and I found it a long time ago not in a proof set. Could anyone give their opinion if this is the coin or not?

The 1990 no S cent is a proof coin.

Your coin is not a proof, it is just a regular 1990 cent minted at the Philadelphia mint.

You have one of the 6.8 billion cents struck in Philadelphia that year.
