I have been metal detecting for 8 years.. I started with a mid-level detector that cost me about $500.00
I did so well I finally got a top of the line detector that cost me $2500.00

A good starter detector I recommend is the Garrett Ace 400
Go to Kellyco.com and see the Detector there!

Two coat hangers are free with two shirt laundryed .... plus your looking pretty dapper out there in the field......
Paddy what propper attire for metal detecting?
Is it a come as you are? Or semi formal?
I'm sure that most nudest don't do it.... no pockets to put stuff in:hilarious: ya find.
Plus any body piercing would definitely set the machine beeping...:jawdrop:

I've got a bounty hunter titanium model, was about 300. Does a decent job. Make sure u get a pinpointer, to narrow ur search once u dig the hole.
