These are charms based on Qing Dynasty cash coins, there is plenty of information about them on the internet, just look at: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_numismatic_charm and https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qing_dynasty_coinage The reverse inscriptions of these charms reads "Board of Revenue Mint" in Manchu while the "coins" themselves are based on the cash coins of 4 different Qing Dynasty emperors. They are a part of a Feng Shui charm where a string of every cash coin issued by a Qing Dynasty Emperor from 1644 until 1911 would supposedly bring "good luck", apparently you only have 4 (four) so the charm isn't complete.
