Hey everyone. Some of you might know me over on instagram as tommies_toners If you're not on IG you should check it out, lots of great people over there with lots of information and beautiful coins! Not to mention there's been several FREE giveaways from both NGC and PCGS. Over on IG we've done several group submissions to NGC with me being the submitter. We currently have a submission getting together right now with a planned date of mailing to NGC on the 20th. The cost is exactly the cost you see on the NGC's website($20/$30) plus split shipping(registered mail to and from NGC and returned shipping to you). This split shipping charge I figure to be $15(Likely to be less this go around with 10+ people), which includes first class returned mail. If you submit a lot of coins they'd likely be returned Priority Mail, uninsured. Any additional insurance on the return shipping would be up to the original coin owner. Shipping is held until the entire order ships. So early bird and economy will ship back together, saving money of course. It looks like we already have over 10 people who want to submit this go around. The more we get in the submission the less the shipping per person is which is the only real reason to do a group submission. If you'd be interested in submitting some coins to NGC feel free to drop me a DM. I've submitted for at least 10 different people who can give references. Most are on IG but some do have CoinTalk accounts. As a side bonus I photograph every coin that people send me so they can have it for their own personal coin files. trying to be more active there gave you a follow (oldgoldeagles) it's definitely a nice place to browse nice coins. Haven't bought or sold there but seems like a lot do with success.
