Another Ancient coin needs an ID.

    I think its Greek, but it might be Roman
    I wonder if it could be Carthaginian or Celti Iberian from the reverse

    Reverse side is that a bird ? elephant??She wolf( romulus+ remus)?

    TIF Always learning.

    Tyche obverse? (looks like the person is wearing a mural crown), Wolf suckling the twins reverse. Troas issued a bunch like this, so maybe Troas.

    I think you are right- Troas, Alexandria either Valerian I or Gallenius( circa 253-268AD) looks like a match for either one

    I am guessing its a Roman Provincial Coin.
