I just recently found a 1996 P dime in change. It has what appears to look like a large drip running down the face of Roosevelt. It has a small break and then another piece of "the drip". On the reverse is what appears to be possible clip marks on the "U" and a small gouge in the first leg of the "N" in "UNITED." Can anyone tell me if these are post mint damage or actual errors, as I really don't know the difference.

    Thank you

The obverse appears to be a Die Chip and the reverse appears to be damaged. JMO
