Westward journey nickel series question

Hi i have a question about the westward journey nickel rolls issued by usmint.gov I was wondering if the usmint.gov westward journey rolls are of satin finish or they business strikes. Thanks for your time and help

The satin finish were supposed to be for the mint sets only. I have seen some claims of satin finish coins mixed in with buisness strikes though.

 

Thats the way I understand it as well.
