Should be browner. There is a rare 1864 variety with small lettering on the reverse banner, yours appears large and very circulated. Maybe a couple dollars. As for the die rotation, either take the photo with a mirror, or align it in a 2x2 with the staple on one side to show orientation on the reverse photo. If it has a serious degree of rotation, then it is worth more.
Turn your fingers 90 degrees, problem solved. Otherwise, the dies were held with set screws and did rotate. It takes at least 45 and likely 90 to add value more than a couple $.
The 1864 Two Cent piece is the most common US coin with a Rotated Reverse - by a wide margin. In that condition,90 degrees, I'd guess it's worth about $20 retail, or thereabouts.......
