I received this coin awhile back, and even though I have looked around and asked people to translate the characters on it, I have yet to understand what it is and if it means anything. So far the information I have (which I remain skeptical about,) is that it possibly comes from Mongolia or Manchuria and that it is also possibly 99% silver. There is a hole in the top because it was used at a point for jewelry ( No pitchforks please ). I have been trying to figure this out for a few years, though I haven't been trying too hard. Even a translation works for me, but it would be nice to get some history. It could be worthless, who knows? Thank you

It is not coin. My guess: a jetton from China.
